Technology Used: DC photovoltaic (PV) roof mounted system using Schott modules and Xantrex inverters.
Implementation Highlights:  The system at this water treatment plant was estimated to produce approx. 109,100 kWh of energy in the first year, which is equivalent to the avoided emissions of 172,736 lbs. of CO2. This is comparable to taking 14 cars off of the road and conserving 8,893 gallons of gasoline annually.
